Coming Soon | Professional Development Series
Each of our one-day professional development courses is designed to meet real-world MSK challenges with applied solutions. These interactive events blend clinical knowledge, functional movement, and hands-on skills to help you work smarter, faster, and with more confidence.
RUN: The Running Rehab Course
Moving beyond the basics, this course deep-dives into the complexity of the running athlete. We bridge the gap between initial injury and the finish line.
- Gait Analysis: Master the art of visual and digital gait assessment to spot biomechanical inefficiencies.
- Injury & Prevention: Deep dive into common pathologies (Achilles tendinopathy, MTSS, and PFPS) with a focus on prehab.
- The Performance Bridge: Specific strength and conditioning protocols designed to transition runners back to their peak mileage and pace.
JUMP: The Lower Limb Rehab Course
This course focuses on the power and reactivity of the lower kinetic chain. We combine traditional anatomy with modern diagnostic technology.
- Anatomy & Pathophysiology: A breakdown of explosive-use injuries, featuring real-time Ultrasound (USS) demonstrations to visualise tissue behavior under load.
- Force Dynamometry: Learn how to use objective data to measure limb symmetry, peak force, and rate of force development.
- Strategic Rehab: Development of evidence-based treatment plans for high-impact recovery.
THROW: The Upper Limb Rehab Course
The overhead athlete presents a unique set of challenges. This session provides a masterclass in managing the intricate mechanics of the shoulder and arm.
- Clinical Anatomy: Explore common injuries of the shoulder and upper limb with live Ultrasound (USS) imaging for enhanced diagnostic clarity.
- Objective Testing: Hands-on training with force dynamometry to quantify upper-body strength and stability.
- Advanced Treatment: Master corrective exercises and manual strategies that return athletes to throwing, swinging, and reaching with confidence.
