Phil completed his undergraduate Physiotherapy training at Sheffield Hallam University in 2006. Since then he has gained extensive clinical experience and post graduate training developing an excellent reputation as a Physiotherapist and Sports Medicine Specialist. Previously, Phil has held roles within the NHS as an Extended Scope Physiotherapist and Clinical specialist in Musculoskeletal disorders. Phil’s special interest in Sports Medicine and Tendinopathy has led him to visiting lecturer and conference speaker roles in this field. He has a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (Musculoskeletal studies) and his thesis was based on injury prevention in athletes. He has a lifelong passion for running and athletics and is a British Athletics qualified Coach. More recently he has made the Great Britain Age Group team in Duathlon and Triathlon and was European bronze Medalist in 2018.

Following the most recent Government advice and with guidance from Public Health England and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy we are now able to take bookings for face to face appointments.
