Your first appointment will last up to 45 minutes and will involve your Physiotherapist taking a thorough assessment of your problem and your medical history. We will also need to carry out a physical assessment to diagnose your problem. Please wear loose fitting clothing or something you are comfortable to be assessed in, if you would like to bring someone with you then that’s fine.

We now operate a cashless system, requiring prepayment via a secure online Stripe payment link, which will be emailed to you before your appointment.

Your physiotherapist will need to take a thorough assessment of your problem which will involve a physical assessment of the problematic area, wear loose comfortable clothing that you are happy to be assessed in.

Initial assessments and follow up Physiotherapy appointments are £50/45 per session respectively. See our services page for a full list of other services and respective prices.

Of course! We want you to feel comfortable at our clinic and if you would like to bring someone to help you, or to keep you company, that’s fine!.If you require a chaperone for any part of your examination or treatment then let us know and we will arrange this for you.

No. You can self refer for any service at our clinic including Ultrasound scans and Injection therapy appointments.

Yes, as HCPC registered Physiotherapists we are registered and recognised with all major insurance companies for Physiotherapy, typically they will refer you to us or give you an authorisation number and we will communicate directly with them. If you are unsure your insurance company will cover your fees please contact us and we can check for you.

Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge of the full value of your appointment, for more details please see our full terms and conditions.

While we strive to accommodate diverse needs, we currently do not provide in-house interpreters. If you require language assistance, kindly arrange for an interpreter to accompany you during your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
