Your first appointment will last up to 45 minutes and will involve your Physiotherapist taking a thorough assessment of your problem and your medical history. We will also need to carry out a physical assessment to diagnose your problem. Please wear loose fitting clothing or something you are comfortable to be assessed in, if you would like to bring someone with you then that’s fine.
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards (not American express), or you can also pay with cash. Pay as you go Yoga and Pilates sessions can only be booked and paid for online and these appointments are non refundable
Your physiotherapist will need to take a thorough assessment of your problem which will involve a physical assessment of the problematic area, wear loose comfortable clothing that you are happy to be assessed in.
Initial assessments and follow up Physiotherapy appointments are £38 per session. See our website for a full list of prices for other services.
Of course! We want you to feel comfortable at our clinic and if you would like to bring someone to help you, or to keep you company, thats fine!
No. You can self refer for any service at our clinic including Ultrasound scans and injection appointments.
Yes, we are registered with all major insurance companies for Physiotherapy, typically they will refer you to us or give you an authorisation number and we will communicate directly with them.
Please call 01522 787164 or email email@example.com as soon as possible so we can re arrange your appointment to a more appropriate time for you. In the unlikely event you will need to cancel your appointment we do require 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge of £25.
