Role Overview
Are you an expert MSK Physiotherapist looking for advanced clinical facilities and opportunity to grow in the private sector? Great Northern Physiotherapy is seeking autonomous, highly experienced MSK Physiotherapists to join us on an Associate basis. This role is perfect for skilled clinicians looking to fit high-level private practice around existing commitments. You will manage a varied caseload, utilising our state-of-the-art facilities to deliver premium, evidence-based care that transitions patients from acute pain to optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Clinical Care: Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a complex and varied caseload of MSK conditions.
- Evidence-Informed Practice: Deliver cutting-edge, person-centered treatment plans integrating but not limited to manual therapy, progressive exercise prescription, and advanced MSK care.
- Autonomous Caseload Management: Efficiently manage your case load, patient continuity, and clear electronic medical records.
- Brand Representation: Uphold Great Northern Physiotherapy’s reputation as a trusted voice in local healthcare.
Key Requirements
- Essential: BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy with active HCPC and CSP registration; minimum 10+ years post-graduate experience heavily focused within MSK; proven ability to practice autonomously with strong clinical reasoning.
- Desirable Qualifications & Experience: Post-graduate certifications and training in advanced clinical skills—such as Injection Therapy, MSK Sonography, Orthopaedic Triage, Acupuncture, Strength & Conditioning, or Non-Medical Prescribing. Prior experience navigating the private practice sector is highly advantageous.
