Millie Brightman

Clinic Assistant Administrator

Millie joined Great Northern in the summer of 2021 as an apprentice Clinic Assistant/ Administrator. Most often, Millie is the first person you meet at the clinic; she will help you get started on your road to recovery by registering and arranging your first appointments. Millie also plays a crucial role in assisting the clinicians with the smooth running of daily clinics. Alongside her clinical role, Millie is also studying for a level 3 NVQ in business administration.

Millie is a highly driven individual, with an eagerness to learn and is constantly trying to improve herself. Alongside this, Millie is passionate about the development of modern medicine and it’s benefits in pain management. She hopes to, in the future, expand her knowledge and grow to become someone who can help others overcome their pain.

Part of her development includes helping others and offering an empathetic approach when considering the people she meets; she is interested in your problems and wants to do anything she can to help.

As an avid reader, when she’s not at work, Millie will often be found lost in a good book or watching films!

“As the first person people will come into contact with, I hope to make everyone feel understood, cared about and like there is someone on their side, putting in the utmost effort to get them the help they need. People’s comfort is my immediate priority.”
