Grace Wright

Physio Assistant

Grace’s role allows her to combine her passion for healthcare with her desire to help others. Whether warmly greeting patients at reception or assisting with our THRIVE exercise classes, her main focus is ensuring everyone feels comfortable, confident, and supported throughout their health and wellbeing journey.

Before joining the team at Great Northern Physiotherapy, Grace worked as an Administrative Assistant in a medical laboratory, where she gained valuable experience in a professional medical and administrative environment. In Summer 2026, Grace completed her A-Levels at Sir Robert Pattinson Academy, studying Psychology, Photography, and Sports Science. She also has a strong background in mentoring and teaching, having spent several years assisting at her dance company’s annual summer schools, supporting younger dancers, as well as helping to deliver dance classes to pupils at a local primary school to build their confidence.

Movement and creativity play a major role in Grace’s life outside of work. She has been attending dance lessons since the age of three and over the years has taken part in a wide variety of styles including ballet, tap, modern, street, acrobatics, and pointe!

Beyond dance, Grace enjoys spending time with friends, travelling and exploring new places, after completing her A-levels she visited Paris, Spain, and Norway! She also enjoys working on creative craft projects, such as scrapbooking.

“What I enjoy most is interacting with people and making a positive difference to their experience. Whether I’m welcoming patients at reception or supporting the thrive classes, I find it rewarding to help people feel comfortable, confident, and supported as they work towards improving their health and wellbeing.”
