Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, empathetic, and technologically proficient Administrative Assistant to play a vital role in supporting the operations of Great Northern Physiotherapy. This key position involves both front-of-house patient engagement and essential back-office administrative tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of our daily operations, contributing to a consistently positive and supported experience for every patient from their initial contact through to the completion of their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of House & Enquiries: Greet patients warmly, manage phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient enquiries efficiently.
- Booking & Scheduling: Maintain accurate clinic diaries and manage schedules using our modern clinic software and Google Workspace.
- Operational Support: Take payments, track administrative tasks, and keep the front-of-house environment pristine and professional.
- Patient Care Advocacy: Deliver compassionate service, ensuring patients who may be in pain or anxious feel reassured and well-guided.
Key Requirements
- Essential: First-class communication and interpersonal skills; highly organised with the ability to multi-task; comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, and digital platforms.
- Desirable: Previous experience in a healthcare reception, hospitality, or a high-end customer service environment.
