Fascial Freedom Yoga Workshop
This bespoke Yoga class will give you an insight into what the “Myofascia” is and will show you ways you can keep this vital connective tissue healthy by carrying out regular mobility and Yoga based exercise. The class will be led by Cathy Ainsworth and Chartered Physiotherapist Phil Williams will be contributing. Free Foam roller to all who attend!
