Faye completed her pre-registration MSc in Physiotherapy at The University of Lincoln in 2019, following on from an undergraduate degree in Sport Rehabilitation which she studied at The University of Hull from 2009 until 2012. 2012 proved to be an exciting year for Faye, as she spent her summer working at the tennis event of the London Olympic Games as a Sport Statistician, collecting match data courtside. She spent the years following this working as Level 3 LTA Accredited Tennis Coach, something which she still does in her spare time, along with heading up the junior Lincolnshire county teams department.
Faye’s clinical interest remains routed in the Musculoskeletal system and sport and her expertise in coaching and rehabilitation continue to play a huge part in her Physio work in returning patients to their chosen activities as soon as possible. This continues at Great Northern Physiotherapy where Faye leads our Physio led Core Training programme – a great way for any athlete to improve performance and reduce injury risk. Away from the clinic Faye also works for the NHS as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, taking GP referral’s within the local population.
Following the most recent Government advice and with guidance from Public Health England and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy we are now able to take bookings for face to face appointments.
Your care and safety in the clinic is our highest priority and with this in mind we will be triaging all appointments to make sure face to face appointments are appropriate and we have made a number of changes to our clinic operation in order to keep you and our staff safe whilst limiting the potential spread of COVID-19.
