How could a one to one Yoga / Pilates session help me?
Some people run a mile (no pun intended) at the thought of an individual exercise session … all that scrutiny and pressure! But one to one Yoga or Pilates differs from being individually boot camped …think of it more like an hour of self-care. We often hand over a similar amount of cash for a manicure, or a meal but it could be argued that the learning you take from a one to one session could be more long lasting and potentially just as life enhancing.
